Cookie Policy

Last updated · ClipGem is operated by FounderGem LLC.

This Cookie Policy explains how ClipGemuses cookies and similar technologies. It's a companion to our Privacy Policy. We keep cookies to a minimum — just what's needed to keep you signed in and the app working.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between requests — like the fact that you're logged in. We use first-party cookies set by clipgem.app.

2. Cookies we set

ClipGem relies on a small set of strictly necessarycookies. These are required for the Service to function and can't be switched off from within the app.

3. Cookies from third parties

When you go through checkout, our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud, governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Pages where you connect or publish to third-party platforms may also involve those platforms' cookies. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, first-party analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the Service. If we ever introduce analytics or similar technologies that require your consent under applicable law, we'll ask for it and update this Policy and the table above.

5. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies above are essential, blocking them will log you out and prevent core features from working. Browser help pages explain how to manage cookies for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

6. Changes

We'll update this Policy if our use of cookies changes and revise the “Last updated” date above.
